Commercial merchandising: (+100% fee) for merchandise/prints/artwork for selling digital and physical products with the art on it.✦ PAYMENTS ✦
The commission must be paid before I start your commission, please pay the invoice asap once you recieved a proporsal.✦ REVISIONS ✦
1-2 revisions in every phase. I will provide WIPS in the sketch, flat color and pre-render phase.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✦
delivery time for illustrations is around 2-3 weeks once started. (Design work 3-6 weeks). Please provide your deadline if you need the artwork asap, rush fees might apply.✦ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ✦
I keep the full rights for the artwork.
You may not claim my work as your own.
Do not remove my signature from the artwork.
It's strictly prohibited to use my work for AI training and NFT purposes.
It's prohibited to sell, reproduce, edit, change, or modify without my permission.
I am allowed to share the process and final artwork if no privacy / NDA contract is agreed upon.
You are NOT allowed to share my art without credit.✦ REFUNDS ✦
